QRI collaborated with Ricardo Palma Clinic in preparation for JCI accreditation and implementation of the quality standards.
Ricardo Palma Clinic (CRP), one of our Peruvian clients, achieved the Gold Seal of Joint Commission International (JCI) hospital accreditation by demonstrating its continuous compliance with the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
This achievement is the result of strong commitment to quality and patient safety and rigorous efforts from Clinic’s staff in implementing the hospital standards related to various areas, including patient safety, patient care, anesthesia and surgical care, medication management, patient and family education, quality improvement, infection prevention and control, etc.
QRI is proud to have accompanied CRP on this journey to excellence. Prior to the JCI evaluation, we worked together on the JCI Accreditation preparation project. The QRI consultants conducted a diagnostic evaluation implementing the standards of JCI 6th edition for hospital accreditation and created an action plan with findings, recommendations and timeline for each service. QRI’s globally recognized experts provided additional support to the CRP staff with follow-up visits, on-site and virtual consulting and a final mock survey.
QRI has collaborated in accreditation and re-accreditation preparation with dozens of prestigious private and public healthcare organizations around the world and we are proud to have achieved 100% successful accreditation with all of our clients.
