She has served as Academic Coordinator, Specialist in Nursing Services Management and Lecturer of certificate courses at Nursing School of the Technological Institute and Higher Education in Monterrey.

She is Coordinator of Nursing Education Program and Coordinator of Training and Development at Santa Engracia Hospital in the state of Nuevo León.

A seasoned healthcare quality specialist with experience in Accreditation Canada and JCI accreditation processes for different hospitals throughout Latin America.

She has participated in implementation of theNational Certification Model of the General Health Council, as State Coordinator of Quality and Safety in the Regional Maternal and Child Hospital of Nuevo Leon Secretary of Health in Mexico.

With her knowledge and experience, she currently participates as a Consultant in development and implementation of design and construction projects for medical care units; along with implementation of the projects according to applicable laws, rules and regulations.

As an academic, she has participated in training and education of leaders for the implementation of quality and safety standards of JCI and the National General Health Council.
