Electronic Systems Engineer with a Master’s in Systems and Quality Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.

She has extensive experience in JCI Accreditation and Mexican General Health Council National Accreditation. She is an Instructor, certified by Mexican Society of Health Quality, and a professor of the Clinical Residency for Patient Quality and Safety Program at TEC of Monterrey.

She is a lead auditor in National Health Program and ISO 9000 Accreditation Council. She has developed the first healthcare quality model in private sector in Mexico. She was also the National Coordinator for the implementation of SAP in health institutions in Latin America. She was a consultant for the Secretariat of Health of the State of Guanajuato for the development of healthcare quality and safety systems throughout the public healthcare institutions.
